What we do
Bars are supplied dry hire only, we do not supply bar staff or drinks but we can put you in contact with some very good cocktail mixologists if you'd like us to.
Our bars can be supplied in a number of different sizes and shapes.
A choice of skin themes are available or we can provide bespoke graphics for your specific event.
Self contained battery powered lighting brings the graphics to life. Overhead gantry spot lights and neon imagery are also available to complete the ambiance or promote your message.
Plenty of working space. the inclusion of insulated stainless steel ice wells, swill sink with running water and insulated cold boxes create a great working environment for the professional mixologist to work their magic.
How it Works
Contact us to discuss how we can help with a cocktail bar for your event. Our round 3.2m diameter bar is very popular but other layout options can be accommodated.
Depending on the theme of your event you may wish to choose one of our stock bar skins or else we can print up pretty well any set of images you like, we will help you with design and sourcing images. We can also provide AI generated proofs for your approval prior to printing.
As standard our bars come with
- Two stainless steel drop in ice wells.
- Swill sink with running water (reservoir and waste containers).
- 12v battery powered LED lighting strips & spare battery.
- a choice of our stock image skins
- delivery, set up and removal.
Other stuff
You may wish to add options to the basic bar such as
- High level lighting gantry and multi colour LED spots.
- Neon sign or images (stock or event specific)
- Illuminated black or white boards for cocktail lists.
- Insulated cold boxes.
- Waterproof floor protection mat.
What's the Cost
A basic 3.2 m diameter round bar with one of our stock skin themes is priced at £1050 for a single day/night event which includes set up and removal. Transport each way is charged at £1 per mile for distances outside a 20 mile radius from our home base in Somerset. Hires of longer than one day / night as well as any additional items will be priced upon application.
The cost of bespoke themed graphic panels may vary but a guide would be about £600 for a set of 7 panels.
Bespoke neon signs will be quoted upon application.
